Community Programs

At Upendo, we are committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need in various communities. In partnership with Kenya house of prayer team, we actively work with communities to provide holistic support and foster resilience. Two of our key initiatives include prison visits and widow support:

• Prison Support Program

We believe in second chances and the power of rehabilitation. Our prison support program involves regular visits to correctional facilities, where we provide educational resources, counseling, and essential supplies to inmates. Our goal is to offer hope and pathways for reintegration into society, empowering individuals to rebuild their lives and contribute positively to their communities.

• Widow Support Program

Widows in many communities face significant challenges, including economic hardship and social isolation. Our widow support program is designed to address these issues through financial assistance, skill-building workshops, and emotional support. By providing resources and creating opportunities for self-sufficiency, we aim to uplift widows and help them regain their independence and dignity.
